Returns & Exchanges

Goods sold are non-returnable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Requests for returns will only be entertained in the following events:

  1. Incorrect item(s) shipped
  2. Defective item(s) received

For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 3 day return policy upon receiving of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions: 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Please note that we will only proceed with the return if the item was purchased directly from us
  • Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you're eligible for a refund, only the value of the item(s) purchased will be refunded.
  • Customers are to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Picky Peeps will not process the return if the parcel does not reach us and we are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail
  • All goods will be inspected upon return and assessed on a case-by-case basis

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
